BENISI AT WORK
BENISI AT WORK
Euclid Network has joined the Social Innovation Accelerators Network (SIAN), the group of over 30 organisations that are supporting the BENISI consortium of partners that are scaling 300 social innovations across Europe. Euclid Network is the pan-European network for civil society leaders and social entrepreneurs. It connects professionals, facilitates knowledge-sharing, fosters cross-border partnerships, runs pilots and influences policy for a more effective and innovative sector. Euclid Network will empower innovators identified within the initiative, and connect them to other peers across Europe, encouraging them to build partnerships, share information and raise awareness about their sustainable business.
Euclid Network will also aim at unlock potential funding opportunities for ambitious social entrepreneurs looking to scale up their enterprises, by disseminating information about EU funding and other potential sponsorships for high-potential social enterprises. Being a consortium member of Social Innovation Europe, they will also connect them with an even broader European community. Euclid is also leading the only consortium targeting social entrepreneurs, within the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme (funded by DG Enterprise). For those social innovators who are interested in the project, they will encourage them to enrol and benefit from this opportunity for job-shadowing another more experienced entrepreneur in another country. One social innovation supported by BENISI - CharityStars, which is scaling from Italy to the UK with support from Impact Hub Milan and Impact Hub King's Cross - is already benefiting from this opportunity.
