Jointly aims to facilitate corporates access to HR personal and care services through the development of a network of shared services.
Social Purpose: 
Over the last few years many welfare states in Europe, in particular the Italian one, have significantly shrunk, thus making it increasingly more difficult to deliver personal and care services to all citizens. This is not only generating increasing poverty and social exclusion, but it’s also putting pressure on work productivity as employees need to face increasing complexity to manage private life burdens. Against this background, enterprises are increasingly considering “corporate welfare strategies” as an integral and inherent part of their HR and organizational strategies. The provision of HR personal and care services can result in measurable and tangible benefits for business, personnel (increased morale and engagement) and the community.
