The new Welfare Centre concept is new way of providing integrated social and health care services by utilising, offering and promoting multidisciplinary teamwork, remote doctors by appointment, specialized nurses (recipe nurses etc.), social workers, service guidance and assessment of services needed, e-services, co-operation with different health and social care associations and companies, theme-events, preventive groups, rehabilitation at home, living longer at home, supported housing/service housing.
Social Impact: 
Developing new processes and service structure leads to more sustainable services and equality in between different areas.
Innovative Character: 
Eksote has integrated social and health care services to provide more comprehensive, cost efficient and client/patient friendly service processes.
