whatchado is a combination of storytelling handbook and standardized format of short films on real-life job descriptions, with the main goal to empower young people to built their own career.
Social Purpose: 
Help young people to find their way and choose the right job, to be happy and satisfied. It is important because we spend most of our time at work, so it should be something we love and enjoy.
Social Impact: 
Our first objective is to offer modern and relevant job orientation to young people. The second objective is to enable companies to communicate via their employees with applicants who really match their corporate culture. In numbers: 1. Video Content 2.500+ videos online from more than 6 continents & 100 nations, representing 1000+ job profiles. 2. Users 500.000+ User per month 3. Partners a) 130+ paid company profiles including entities such as Allianz, Google or the Red Cross. b) 300+ SMEs c) Student organizations (AIESEC, IAESTE), universities, schools & global communities (TED, The Hub). 4. Constant presence in the media, e.g. Der Spiegel, Süddeutsche Zeitung, ZEIT, The Guardian, Handelsblatt, ARD & more than 50 keynotes every year, e.g. European Parliament or the UN Headquarters in NYC. In recent years, we have also been awarded with the UN World Summit Award, the European Youth Award and the Social Impact Award & I was personally appointed to European Youth Ambassador for lifetime.
Innovative Character: 
We use modern tools like short videos and social platforms to address our target audience. The interviews are authentic, real and illustrate what the jobs are really about.
